Finding new ways… may as well write them down to solidify.

I noticed the phrase “I really like the way [x] makes me feel, it’s really good/pleasing/(adjective)” really gets me somewhere.

It has to be present, with a memory or thought of the feeling it brings.

This is like that rain ritual I heard about. A man explains:
“I think about how the rain feels on my skin, how that makes me feel, and then it is. Don’t focus on how it will be, nor how it isn’t currently.”

Adding in the theory of the present, the now, with the way time can be a loop, an infinity. We live and love in the present, we feel and love in the past, we see and speak in the future, and to ground this thought: we are. We always are. We always have been. We always will be. Energy is neither created nor destroyed. Energy flows, there’s no can’t, or won’t. It will find a way, not to sound too ominous nor optimistic.

Bask in the feeling of what you desire. What you’ve felt before, everything you need is inside of you.

I see
I know

You’ll feel it, if you focus. I know, definitely. Bask in that, too. It’s like drinking life straight from the tap.
