Venom

Flesh from bone, rip the seams

Dogs and men chew the rest of me

remember to spit out the poison

So that rot and anguish follow me ever after

The sound of fabric tearing ringing sharp

It’s the sound of the sisters

Breathing life and death into our world

Weeds will grow, flowers drink my poison

The hue of a nightshade

Truly the sweetest kind

Bella, show me the night

Donna, We promise not to fall

In life I bleed

Sacred flowers my love feeds

So I water the weeds, and blink away sunlight

It is the void of darkness I need
